  • The FreightMatrix team is available 24 x 7, 365 days a year. All team members are staffed with cell phone and pagers for handling after hour’s coverage.
  • FreightMatrix customers are provided internet access to our issues tracking site-Support.FreightMatrix.com
  • Operation reviews are established on monthly basis with key team members from our clients and FreightMatrix. Operation Reviews include but are not limited to the following:
      o Server Performance and Availability stats provided on a monthly basis
      o EDI transaction volumes and performance metrics
      o System uptime
      o Review of issues and current status

Deployment, and transition to support-the essential deliverable from this phase of implementation Is a fully-supported solution in production, which is:

  • Effectively used on a continuous basis by the customers user community
  • Delivering the desired value, and
  • Effectively supported by FreightMatrix organization and the customers IT organization.

FreightMatrix and Solutions Delivery team work together during the customer implementation so when time comes to transition to support the FreightMatrix team is very familiar with the customer's goals, environment and solution requirements. This enables FreightMatrix to more quickly and accurately respond to inquiries or issues.
